Contest & Draw Rules

1. Free to enter

Entering the contest and draws is entirely free and requires no purchase or payment.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged 18 or over. Platform employees, organizing merchants, and their relatives are excluded.

3. How to enter

Every eligible participant is automatically entered into the national draw without requiring a paid subscription, collecting a set number of points, or making a purchase. Verified purchases at partner stores grant additional entries per the published rules of each campaign, but do not guarantee a win.

4. Contest scope

The contest runs nationwide across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; entry is not restricted to a specific city or region unless a separate, licensed campaign states otherwise.

5. Draw mechanism & winner selection

Every eligible participant has a base entry, and verified purchases at partner stores add extra entries. Winners are selected randomly using a weighted-odds system (more entries raise, but never guarantee, a participant’s chance of winning) through a publicly verifiable mechanism (a pre-announced random seed), overseen by the organizing entity and under the license of the competent authority.

6. Prizes

The prizes, their value, and their number are set in the terms of each draw. Prizes are personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise. A participant may not win more than one grand prize within the same cycle.

7. Winner notification & prize delivery

Winners are notified via the app and their registered contact channels. The winner must verify their identity and claim the prize within the specified period, or forfeit it.

8. Integrity & anti-fraud

Any participant found to have engaged in fraud (fake codes, fake accounts, automated software) will be disqualified, and their points and entries voided. The organizing entity’s decisions in such matters are final.

9. Licensing & compliance

These draws are subject to the regulations in force in the Kingdom, and will only be conducted after obtaining the necessary licenses from the competent authorities.
