1. Acceptance of terms & eligibility
By using IN2WIN, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to use the draw features.
2. Account
Your account is created with a mobile number or email via a verification code. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for activity on your account.
3. Points & the contest
Points are awarded for scanning participating store codes per the published rules. Points are not currency, have no cash value, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The platform may adjust or cancel points if fraudulent use is detected.
4. Draws & prizes
Draws are subject to the "Contest & Draw Rules" and the regulations and licenses in force in the Kingdom. Entry is free and requires no purchase. The draw selection is final, and the win/delivery mechanism is announced per the terms of each draw.
5. Acceptable use
Tampering with codes, creating fake accounts, using automated software, or otherwise circumventing platform rules is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
6. Merchants
The merchant is responsible for the accuracy and fulfillment of its offers. IN2WIN is a technical intermediary and bears no responsibility for merchant-customer dealings.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. The platform is not liable for indirect damages or service interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent judicial authorities have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
